The
following tapes are manufactured to order.
GTS100
Cast adhesive- based on a modified polyester system. This is a cast film
of non-blocking, thermally activated adhesive, coated onto a release
paper carrier. It is possible to incorporate colours, fire retardant
additives and blocked catalysts into this adhesive.
GTS102
Cast adhesive- based on a modified blocked thermoset polyester adhesive
system. See GTS100.
GTS200
Pressure sensitive, acrylic based coated tapes. These tapes are available
on a number of adhesive thicknesses coated onto various thicknesses
of polyester film. Alternative substrates can be coated. The adhesive
is protected with a paper release film.
GTS300
Polyester film coated with modified polyester adhesive. These tapes
can be single or double side coated in various thickness combinations
and are further available with other properties, i.e. GTS302, GTS320,
GTS322 and GTS340.
GTS302
With the addition of a blocked catalyst which after activation at 120ºC
will provide cross-linking and form a thermoset adhesive system.
GTS320/322
The same adhesive as GTS300 but coated onto a polyimide film.
GTS330
A higher melting point than the GTS320 adhesive, coated onto a polyimide
film.
GTS340
An adhesive such as used in GTS300/302, but containing fire retardant
additives, coated onto a polyester film.
GTS341
The same base adhesive system as GTS340, but containing blocked thermoset
properties. This product is UL ® recognised with a UL No. E107735.
GTS3480
A modified flame retardant epoxy adhesive with high temperature and humidity
resistance, coated to one or both sides of polyester film.
GTS3600
Cast adhesive- based on a modified fire retardant epoxy adhesive.
GTS3640
A modified flame retardant epoxy adhesive system as GTS3480, but coated
to one or both sides of PEN film. This product is UL ® recognised
with a UL No. E107735.
GTS3660
A modified polyurethane adhesive system, coated to one or both sides
of PEN film.
GTS3700
Cast adhesive, based on a modified acrylic system. Coated onto a release
paper carrier, it has high temperature and chemical resistance after
thermal activation to cross link at 170ºC.
GTS3740
Tape - polyimide film (Upilex®) coated with a modified acrylic adhesive.
These tapes can be single or double sided with various thicknesses of
adhesive and film. It is recommended as a coverlay with GTS7740 laminate.
GTS3770
Tape – polyimide film coated with a modified acrylic adhesive.
These tapes can be single or double sided, with various thicknesses of
adhesive and film. It is recommended as a coverlay in conjunction with
GTS6700, GTS7600 or GTS7700 laminates.
GTS3800
Cast adhesive, based on an epoxy adhesive system. Coated onto a release
carrier/support, it has high temperature and chemical resistance
after curing at 170ºC.
GTS3870
Tape – polyimide film coated with an epoxy adhesive. These tapes
can be single or double sided, with various thicknesses of adhesive and
film. It is recommended as a coverlay in conjunction with GTS7800.
GTS3840
Tape – polyimide film coated with a fire retardant epoxy adhesive.
These tapes can be single or double sided with various thicknesses of
adhesive and film. It is recommended as a coverlay with GTS7870 laminate.
This product is UL ® recognised with a UL No. E107735.
GTS3840
Tape – polyimide film coated with a fire retardant epoxy adhesive.
These tapes can be single or double sided with various thicknesses of
adhesive and film. It is recommended as a coverlay with GTS7870 laminate.
This product is UL ® recognised with a UL No. E107735.
GTS3890
Tape - Polyimide film (PI) coated on one or both sides with a clear,
non-halogen flame-retardant epoxy adhesive. GTS3890 may be single
or double sided for coverlay (CL) or multilayer bonding. A cast adhesive
is also available. GTS3890 is recommended for use with GTS7890 copper
clad laminate (CCL)
