have developed a number of laminates that have been
used in the manufacture of photovoltaic cells and
are currently working with a major research establishment
to develop new materials for the next generation
of photovoltaic materials.
We
are constantly looking at new materials to improve
the
performance of cells and photovoltaic applications
and undertake in-house investigations into new materials
through rigorous
laboratory
testing.
In 2009 we launched a new product, Solar Cell Back Sheet Laminate.
We can now supply two types of laminate for use as back sheets for use in solar panels.
For high intensity application we recommend the PVF-PET-PVF laminates where the final thickness can be adjusted to suit your requirements. These products can also be supplied with a copper layer on one side so that a printed circuit can be etched into the product prior to fabrication.
We can also supply a total polyester version for use in lower intensity sunlight areas.
This can also be produced with a copper layer on one side to enable printed circuit etching if required.
