New Products Launched

GTS is pleased to announce the launch of a new product series - GTS7890 / GTS3890 - Copper-Clad Laminate (CCL) and Coverlay (CL) system. The adhesive developed by GTS for use in this product series is a clear, non-halogen epoxy adhesive. The adhesive was designed using information from the European Union project 'Flexnolead' , which involves a number of companies and academic institutions investigating the effect of lead-free soldering on flexible circuit materials. See http://www.flexnoleadproject.com/ The aim application areas for the product series are consumer electronics that need compliance to the strictest OEM requirements, such as mobile phones or portable computers - typically these requirements go beyond those of the RoHS directive. The material is supplied in rolls slit to customers requirements, with copper foils from 9 to 140 microns and PI films from 12 to 125 microns The clear adhesive system is also supplied as a cast or free-film adhesive sheet for use with multilayer or flex-rigid bonding.
