Flexible Materials Ltd produce a wide range of products
that are used for coverlaying printed circuits (CCL's).
The most common materials are made from polyester
film that can be used on Polyester circuits. The material
is widely used where low temperatures are involved
in the end use.
For more robust temperature resistance PEN or Polyimide
products are available.
Coverlays
are designed for use as a platen pressed cover film
or for roll-to-roll processes in flexible
printed circuits (CCL) applications that require
high heat resistance.
GTS
offers both flame-retardant and non flame-retardant
versions to allow for flexibility in meeting your
specific application requirements. These coverlays
are particularly valuable in applications that require high flexibility
in the finished circuit.
Coverlay products are available in roll form in various
constructions for greater manufacturing flexibility.
