GTS has been producing a wide range of fabric laminates for many years. Our materials have been used in products as diverse as model yachts, the America’s Cup racing yachts, musical instruments, dart flights, thermal insulation blankets, hang-glider and micro-light aircraft wing coverings.

Fabrics offered include polyester, where a number of different weave constructions have been made, Kevlar® and polythene yarns.

Fabrics can be laminated to polyester film to help with the aerodynamic aspects of the finished sail and to give the lowest moisture pick up thus helping to keep the weight down.
